Human Resources Advisor required to from part of a successful and dynamic human resources team. You will be responsible for circa 750 people based on the Leicester site with some potential to get involved with multi site exposure.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment, monitoring and reporting on absence, reporting on all metrics for the business supporting the mangers on key projects. You will supporting on all employee relations issues coaching managers on disciplinaries & grievances.
This role also has plenty of scope for development & would be a great opportunity for the right candidates. You will be a true generalist who has worked within a tough industrial or manufacturing environment. You will have excellent influencing and rapport building skills.
You will be experienced in all areas of employee relations able to handle complicated cases. You will need to be the right cultural fit you will be professional, driven, be committed to your role and have ownership of any issues that may arise ensuring that the professionalism of the human resources team is maintained. You will also be CIPD qualified ideally to Graduate status.
